Faithful

We are to seize and hold tightly to our confession of faith without wavering. How can we do this with confidence? We must believe God is reliable, trustworthy and faithful to His Word.

We don't have to question whether or not God will do what He said He would. He has proven Himself to be faithful and true. When God makes us a promise, we don't have to wonder if He will follow through.

God is not like we are. We can be forgetful, fearful, and sometimes faithless. That is why we put our hope in Him and not in our own strength. Stand firm in your confession of hope. You are standing on the promises of the One who cannot lie.

Prayer: Father God, when I feel weak, let me remember to hold fast to my confession of hope. My hope is in You alone, and You have never failed me.
